계정 삭제 요청 방법

REBOA Calculator는 Google 로그인으로 생성된 계정에 대해 계정 삭제 요청을 지원합니다.

앱에서 직접 요청

  1. 앱에 로그인합니다.
  2. 설정 화면으로 이동합니다.
  3. 화면 맨 아래의 계정 삭제 요청을 선택합니다.
  4. 확인하면 즉시 로그아웃되며 삭제 예약이 등록됩니다.

삭제 예약이 등록된 뒤에도 삭제 전에 다시 로그인하면 삭제 요청은 자동으로 철회됩니다.

앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우

로그인에 사용한 이메일 주소에서 serapinaoliv@gmail.com 으로 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

삭제되는 정보

  • Firebase Authentication 계정
  • 사용자 프로필 정보
  • 이용 상태 정보 및 entitlement 문서
  • 계정과 연결된 일일 사용 기록

삭제 일정

현재 서비스 정책상 계정 삭제 요청이 접수되면 관련 데이터는 검토 후 최대 7일 이내에 영구 삭제됩니다.

다만 대한민국 개인정보 보호법상 원칙은 목적 달성 후 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기하는 것입니다. 법령에 따라 보관이 필요한 정보가 있다면 최소 범위에서 해당 기간 동안만 보관될 수 있습니다.

현재 앱의 공개 테스트 버전은 결제 기능을 제공하지 않으므로, 일반적인 전자상거래 결제 기록 보관 대상 데이터는 기본적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

How to Request Account Deletion

REBOA Calculator supports deletion requests for accounts created with Google sign-in.

Request inside the app

  1. Sign in to the app.
  2. Open the Settings screen.
  3. Select Request account deletion at the bottom.
  4. Confirm the request. You will be signed out immediately.

If you sign in again before deletion is completed, the deletion request will be canceled automatically.

If you cannot access the app

Send your deletion request from the email address used for sign-in to serapinaoliv@gmail.com.

What will be deleted

  • Firebase Authentication account
  • User profile information
  • Entitlement and access-state records
  • Daily usage records linked to the account

Deletion timeline

Under the current service policy, account-related data is permanently deleted within 7 days after a valid deletion request is reviewed.

Under Korean privacy law, the general rule is to destroy personal information without undue delay once the purpose of processing has been achieved. If retention is required by law, only the minimum necessary data may be retained for the applicable period.

The current public test build does not provide paid transactions, so it does not normally collect ecommerce payment records that require separate statutory retention.
