개인정보처리방침

REBOA Calculator(이하 "앱")는 의료 전문가 및 학습 목적 사용자를 위한 계산 도구입니다. 본 문서는 Android 우선 배포와 향후 iOS 배포를 고려한 개인정보처리방침입니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

앱은 사용자의 개인정보를 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

앱에서 저장할 수 있는 정보는 다음과 같습니다.

  • Google 로그인으로 생성된 계정 식별 정보
  • 이름
  • 이메일 주소
  • 프로필 사진 주소
  • 로그인 제공자 정보
  • 테마 설정
  • 언어 설정
  • 스플래시 화면 건너뛰기 설정
  • 남은 사용 크레딧
  • 무료 일일 사용 여부
  • 구독 활성 상태

계정 식별 정보와 이용권 관련 상태 정보는 Firebase Authentication 및 Cloud Firestore에 저장될 수 있습니다. 테마, 언어, 스플래시 화면 설정만 사용자 기기 내부 저장소에 보관될 수 있습니다.

웹사이트는 별도의 테스터 신청 정보를 직접 저장하지 않습니다. Android 클로즈드 테스트 참여는 Google Groups 기반 가입 요청 흐름을 통해 운영될 수 있으며, 해당 과정에서 처리되는 정보는 Google 서비스 정책의 적용을 받을 수 있습니다.

2. 민감 정보 및 계산 데이터

앱은 계산 과정에서 입력된 값을 외부 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 계산은 기기 내에서 수행됩니다.

현재 공개 테스트 버전은 인앱 결제 기능을 활성화하지 않습니다.

3. 제3자 제공

앱은 사용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매, 공유, 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 로그인 및 백엔드 운영을 위해 Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore 등 Google Firebase 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다.

4. 외부 링크

앱은 논문, 기관 페이지, 소셜 링크 등 외부 웹페이지를 열 수 있습니다. 사용자가 외부 링크를 열면 해당 웹사이트 또는 앱의 정책이 적용됩니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 아동을 대상으로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 데이터 보안

앱에서 Firebase로 전송되는 사용자 데이터는 암호화된 전송 경로를 통해 처리됩니다. 계정 정보와 entitlement 상태는 인증된 사용자 기준으로 분리 저장되며, Firestore 보안 규칙을 통해 본인 문서만 접근할 수 있도록 제한합니다. 사용자의 기기 보안 상태는 사용자의 책임입니다.

8. 계정 삭제

Google 로그인으로 생성된 계정은 앱 내에서 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 삭제 요청이 접수되면 계정은 즉시 로그아웃되며, 관련 데이터는 검토 후 최대 7일 이내에 영구 삭제됩니다. 삭제 전에 다시 로그인하면 삭제 요청은 자동으로 철회됩니다.

대한민국 개인정보 보호법상 원칙은 개인정보 처리 목적 달성 후 지체 없이 파기하는 것입니다. 다만 다른 법령에 따라 보관이 필요한 정보가 있다면 최소 범위에서 해당 기간 동안만 보관될 수 있습니다.

9. 정책 변경

본 방침은 필요 시 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 배포 채널 또는 관련 문서를 통해 갱신됩니다.

Privacy Policy

REBOA Calculator (the "App") is a calculation tool intended for healthcare professionals and educational use. This Privacy Policy applies to the Android-first release of the App and the planned iOS release.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not sell user information or collect data for advertising purposes.

The App may store the following information:

  • Account identity information created through Google sign-in
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Profile image URL
  • Sign-in provider information
  • Theme preference
  • Language preference
  • Splash screen skip preference
  • Remaining usage credits
  • Daily free usage status
  • Subscription active status

Account identity and entitlement-related state may be stored in Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. Only theme, language, and splash screen preferences may also be stored locally on the device.

The website does not directly store separate tester signup submissions. Android closed testing may be coordinated through a Google Groups join-request flow, and information processed through that step may be subject to Google service policies.

2. Sensitive Information and Calculation Data

Input values used for calculations are processed on-device and are not transmitted to external servers.

The current public test build does not enable in-app billing.

3. Third-Party Sharing

The App does not sell, share, or disclose users' personal information to third parties. However, the App may use Google Firebase services such as Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore to operate sign-in and backend storage.

4. External Links

The App may open external websites such as research articles, institution pages, or social links. When a user opens an external link, the privacy policy of that website or app applies.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended to collect personal information from children.

7. Data Security

User data transmitted to Firebase is processed over encrypted transport. Account and entitlement data are separated per authenticated user, and Firestore Security Rules restrict document access to the owner. Device security remains the user's responsibility.

8. Account Deletion

Accounts created with Google sign-in can request deletion from inside the app. After a deletion request is received, the user is signed out immediately and related data is permanently deleted within up to 7 days after review. If the user signs in again before deletion, the deletion request is canceled automatically.

Under Korean privacy law, the general rule is to destroy personal information without undue delay once the processing purpose has been achieved. If retention is required by another law, only the minimum necessary data may be retained for that period.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when necessary. Changes will be reflected through the app distribution channel or related documentation.
